Hi Golden Bears Alums,
I never went back home to live after working for a year and then joining the Air Force and working for the Department of Defense in Washington, but I have many memories of Rule and the student body there. I want to thank all those who organized this site and who contribute to keep it going. I check it at least once a week and there are few new postings. I know it's difficult for many people to write.. They think they really don't have anything of interest to say, but it's nice just to hear what people did after graduation, what career track they chose, whether they married someone from Rule, etc.

Thanks Ray.
I hope you keep checking in often. Maybe those like you will get more started using the board.

Ray,
I am like you. I check in just to see if someone I know has started "talking" or just to "listen" to others. It kind of keeps me grounded in K-Town, and I LOVE that!

If everyone would just post one reply to someone's post this way, it would soon take off.

Since I don't nobody know on this website, but what are they going to do with the Rule High School building? I think the last time I went is when they had some kind of reunion for all the graduate and I was pregnant with my first child, I think that was in 91.

Hi Tim,
It's good to see more of you "young'uns" getting on board. The old folks seem content for the most part to just sit back, watch and not get too involved. That old rocking chair does good, especially out on the back porch and wit a cool breeze blowing. It also feels good to hear from Rule folks, because we share a special bond.
