Frank R. Graham, age 78 of Knoxville, passed away May 6, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Dorothy; daughter, Kimberly (Michael) Moats; granddaughters, Katie and Allison; sister, Shirley Kirk; devoted brother-in-law, Bob (Brenda) Grant; honorary daughter, Julie Weaver, very special friend, Carolyn Moates and many other family and friends. Family and friends will meet at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Hwy. Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am service. Dr. Todd Stinnett officiating.
