Kenneth D. Frazier, 77, has gone home to the Lord, passing away peacefully on Monday, September 16th 2024. Son of Betty & Charles Frazier, Ken was born on February 13th, 1947, in Knoxville, TN.
A Receiving of Friends will be held at Rose Funeral & Cremation - Mann, in Bearden on Friday, September 20th from 4:30pm - 6pm; with a short Service following. All are invited to come share happy memories and celebrate Ken's life with warmth and laughter, as was his final wish. The burial will be later, for family only.
After graduating from Rule high in 1965, Ken married his high school sweetheart Pansy Brown and entered the Army. Ken served proudly in Vietnam, receiving a Citation of Valor during the Tet Offensive. Upon returning to the States he began a 55-year career at Frazier's Carpet One.
Ken loved Chess, the Lake, Encyclopedias, UT Football, the Army, hard-ball Negotiation, Travel and his Family. He will be deeply missed.
Ken leaves behind his wife Pansy, his children Kevin (Carol) Frazier & Jill (Jon) Ballard, his granddaughters Savannah Ballard, Emily-Rose Ballard, Brooklyn Ballard, Grace Morris, Annie Frazier & Charli Tillery, his great grandson Sam Morris and his sisters Connie Moffitt & Starr Frazier.
