TIDMORE, CARL A. - age 73, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2010. He was a member of Knoxville Christian Center and retired from Knoxville Fire Department. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later served with 134th Air Refueling Wing of Air National Guard. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Survived by wife of 53 years, JoAnn Tidmore; children, Rob, Mike and wife Pam, and Carla; grandchildren, Randy, Nate, Miles, and Jada; sister, Ruby Roach. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 pm Sunday. The funeral service will be 11am Monday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Pastor Barry Culberson officiating. Interment will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery. Honors will be provided by the Fire Department and Honor Guard. Arrangements by Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W.
