my cousin larry smith pass away thursday 25th of feb. at st.mary's hospital. larry was 57 and a great
husband, son and father, keep the smith family in your prayors

SMITH, LARRY RAY - age 57 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord February 25, 2010. Graduate of Rule High School. Member of Lonsdale Baptist Church. Veteran of United States Coast Guard. Member of East Ridge Masonic Lodge #755. He was a retired policeman and fireman for the city of Chattanooga. Preceded in death by father, Herbert Tom Smith; grandparents, Charlie and Gladys Smith and Jim and Ollie Lee; very special uncle, Wade Smith. Survived by loving wife, Janet Barbee Smith; mother, Dorothy Smith; children, Kelly Ray Smith, Thomas Aaron Smith and wife, Jessica; and special
son, Ed Carroll all of Chattanooga, TN; sister and brother in law, Karen and Mike Cooper; brother, Ronnie Smith, special brother and sister in law, Jim and Robin Wood, all of Knoxville; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special nephew, Jason Cooper. He will also be missed by loved cat, Prissy, as well as many family and friends. Masonic Service 8 PM Monday Mynatt's Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow with Rev. Marvin Carter and Rev. Eliseo Samanego officiating. Family and friends with meet at Mynatt's Fountain City by 11:00 AM Tuesday and proceed to Tennessee State Veterans
Cemetery for interment at 11:30 AM. Military Honors presented by East Tenn. Veterans Honor Guard. Pallbearers will be Sammy Lee, Mikey Lee, Ed Carroll, Steven Barbee, Steve Barbee, Gerald Barbee, Sam Barbee, Jason Cooper, Mike
Cooper, Jim Wood, and Eugene Perry. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 PM Monday Mynatt's Fountain City Chapel. www.mynattfh.com
