Retired from Signa Health Call Center, and L.L.C. Loan Co.
Preceded in death by Mother, Mary Francis Higgins.
Survivors, sons, Tavares (Jeanette) and Justin Higgins Sr.; siblings, Maurice (Juanita), Darian, Richard, Cynthia, Michael and Michelle Higgins; grandchildren, Tre’vyne, Samantha, John-Gabriel and Justin Higgins, Jr.; a host of other family members and friends to include, the Payne Avenue Church family.
Family will receive friends, 11:00-11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Payne Avenue Church, 2714 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.; Memorial Services, 11:30 a.m., Rev. Richard Brown, Jr., Officiating.
