Phil Speeks

I just wanted to let everyone know, I just found out that Phil Speeks passed away. Some of you may remember him, he only attened Rule for about a year and transferred to Fulton. He played the drums in the Junkmen Band at high school along with Don Turner. Please keep this family in your prayers.
