MARQUEZ, JESUS M. - also known as Steve Landon age 62 passed away at home on December 28, 2009 surrounded by his family. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by parents, Sonny and Judy Landon; grandparents, Murph and Marion Davis; brothers, Mark Landon and Darryl Thompson; sisters, Terry Landon and Donna Kipilii; nephew, Levi Farner. Survived by wife, Alea Marquez; daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Mike Wright; son, Michael Blackburn; grandchildren, Christopher Blackburn, Brenden Wright and Annabelle Blackburn; brothers and sisters, Sharon Houser and Bruce Bennett, Mike and Jeanne Wagoner, Janet and Doug Edwards, Valerie and Larry Garner, Jenny and Bob Williams, Toni Landon, Kristi and Corey Ramey and Doug Landon; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Dr. Don Olive officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Thursday at Lakeview Cemetery for a 1 pm interment. You are invited to share your thoughts and memories of Jesus at his website www.mem.com.
