HOLLY, NORMA JEAN - 69, passed away January 21, 2011 at Mercy Hospital in Lafollette, TN. Jean had put up an incredible fight for the last six months of her life and was happy and courageous until the end. She was a lifelong resident of North Knoxville. She was born on April 25, 1941 in Knoxville to Adrian and Lillian Long. She graduated from Rule High School. She worked at Truckers Kitchen with family for many years. Jean was divorced from William (Bill) Holley but remained friends throughout the years. She is survived by the children she loved and cared about so much, Debbie Holley, Dave Roberts and Bill and Susie Holley. Her granddaughter that she helped raise and loved dearly, Jennifer Holder and Dave's daughter Mary Roberts. Her son's children Danielle, Logan, McKenzie and Madison. Jennifer's daughter and only great grandchild Jasmine (Jazzy) Holder who was the pride and joy of her life; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lolly and Charley Robinson, Liz and Randy Lawson. There will be a service for family and friends at Bethany Baptist Church on January 25th at 3:00 PM. Jean was the kindest and most caring person God has put on this earth. She is sadly missed now and will be forever by those that knew and loved her. May God Bless you Mamaw!
