Linda K. Davis Moore – age 59 of Knoxville, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 26, 2012 after a courageous and inspirational nine year battle with ALS.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory and live up to her teachings, loving husband and primary caregiver, Don Moore; son, Brian Sunderland; daughters and sons-in-law, Kristen and Lee Rector, Amanda and Andy Watson; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Ben and Barbara Moore and Don B. and Jenny Moore; grandchildren and the ones who put the gleam in her eyes, Isaac Rector and Elijah Watson; step-grandchildren, Brittney Moore, Blake Moore, Jeremy Moore, Mellissa Moore and Elizabeth Moore; aunts and uncles, Faye Tinsley, Jean and Roy Coleman; uncle, Bill (Red) and Tina McGinnis; brother-in-law, Bill Moore; several nieces and nephews; special friends, advocates and caregivers, Beth Borger, Jane King and Brenda Story.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the members of West Towne Christian Church for their support over the past several years and a special thank-you to Caris Health Care and especially to Amy Cross and Lisa Johnson for their excellent care, love and support they provided Linda.
