SMITH, LUCY NELL FERGUSON - age 69, of Knoxville passed away December 7, 2012. She attended Bonview Baptist Church. Lucy retired from the Corryton Post Office and also was an instructor and hair dresser with Joseph's Hair Salon. She was preceded in death by parents Roscoe and Ova Vann and brothers Bill and James Edward Ferguson. Survivors include husband of 45 years Vernon "V.L." Smith and son David Smith.
