PRICE, MARTHA TURBYVILLE - age 89, of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Brakebill Nursing Home. She was a member of First Baptist Church Knoxville and the Burnett-Kessell Sunday School Class and "The Golden Notes." Martha was a graduate of Rule High School in 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Price; parents, William and Elizabeth Turbyville; sister, Katherine Turbyville; great grandson, Dennon G. Millhouse; son-in-law, Raymond Dubiel. Martha is survived by her son, Mike Price and wife Vickie; daughter, Toni Price Dubiel; grandchildren, Michael Todd Smithers, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Missy Millhouse, of San Antonio, Texas, Michael Price of Loudon and Lauren Price, of Chattanooga, Wendy Thomas, of Nashville, Lindsey Doyle, of Nashville; 10 great grandchildren, Haley and Hunter Lowentritt, Aleah and Davis Price, Noah, Bella, EmmaLynn, Judah, Eden Hannah Doyle; Ella Thomas; brothers and sisters-in-law, Edna Maddox, Charles Price, Lola Sharp, Jerry Price, Janie Price; many special nieces and nephews. The family wishes to give a special thanks to the staff at Brakebill Nursing Home, especially the CNA's in the green wing. Funeral service Tuesday 7:00 pm at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Dr. William D. Shiell and Rev. Dave Ward officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 11:00 a.m. interment service. Pallbearers: Michael Smithers, Michael Price, Monty Sharp, Jerry Price, Chuck Price, Charles Morgan, Dick Morgan, and Ron Rader. Honorary Pallbearers: Charles Price, Jerry Holloway, and Carl Hill. Memorials may be made in the memory of J.D. and Martha Price to the First Baptist Church, Knoxville, Building Fund, 510 W. Main Street, Knoxville, TN 37902.
