June M. Cooper, age 72, of McDonough, GA died Monday, April 15, 2013. She was born in Knoxville, TN to the late Ralph and Dorothy Mae Foster Thomas. June was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son: Rusty (Donna) Cooper, McDonough,GA; daughter: Melanie Beason, Auburn, GA; Sister: Judy (Hal) Watson, Seymour, TN; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Salem Baptist Church, McDonough, GA with Rev. Richard C. Statham officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 5:00- 8:00PM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Salem Baptist Music Ministries, 1724 GA Hwy 155 North, McDonough, GA 30252.
