SWANN, NANCY ANNE HOUSEHOLDER - age 78, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Ft. Sanders Hospital. Owned and operated Amherst Grocery with her husband Jack for 47 years. She was a faithful member of Bethel United Methodist Church where she was the choir director for many years. Preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Elizabeth Householder; sister, Marion Blackstock; brother, John (Bud) Householder; husband, Jack T. Swann, Sr. Survived by son, Jack T. Swann, Jr. and wife Lula; grandchildren Kristen Swann, Britany Swann Bolcar and husband Ryan, Justin Swann and their mother Lea Ann Swann; step-grandchildren, Eric Yarber, Ashley Yarber and great grandchild, Elizabeth Allmon; sisters, Katherine Campbell and husband Bill, Marjorie Chance; brother-in-law Jim Swann; sisters-in-law, Ann and Tommy Small, Nancy and Jerry Pressley; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Bethel United Methodist Church with service to follow at 7:00 pm. Rev. Larry Dial, Rev Perry Duncan and Steve Diggs officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Saturday at Hills Union Cemetery in Dandridge, TN for an 11:00 am interment Rev. Dwight Kenney officiating. Pallbearers, Tommy Small, Arthur Bookout, Red Walker, Danny Hackworth, Jeremy Gwinn, Ryan Bolcar, John Campbell and Tom McLain.
