HUBBS, JAMES "JIM" EDWARD - age 72, of Knoxville, passed away on Saturday, September 7th, 2013. Jim retired from Industrial Fabrication and Repair, Inc. after 20 years of service, was a lifelong member of the 160 Elk's Lodge, and was a Jaycee. He is preceded in death by parents, Leola "Ted" and Robert "Bob" Hubbs, brother, Robert Lynn Hubbs, and son, Stephen Lynn Hubbs. He is survived by children, Robert Avery Hubbs, Shannon Daniel and husband Chris, Kelly McMorrough, and Angie Miller and husband Skip, Life Companion, Patricia "Pat" Hagaman, grandchildren, Nikki and Chase Miller, and Kendall and Christian McMorrough, uncle, Wayne Hubbs, cousins, Kenny Miller and wife Gail, Tim Miller, Greg and Steve Blakenship, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 9th, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Funeral Home. Committal services will be held on Tuesday, September 10th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Whispering Waters.
