KIVETT, MICHAEL WAYNE "MIKE" - age 67, of Knoxville, formerly of Maryville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 6, 2013. Mike was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Beth Kivett; parents, Rosalee Kitts and James Kivett; brother, Jeffrey Kivett; and sister, Coda Kivett. He is survived by two children, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a lifelong friend. Mike was a man of his word with a high work ethic who worked in food service for over 40 years. A celebration of Mike's life will be held Monday, December 9, 2013, at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Terry Stinnet officiating. Family and friends will gather at Highland Memorial Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday for a graveside service. Receiving friends Monday from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
