MINCEY, CAROLYN LEE - age 73, of Knoxville, passed away February 27, 2014, at Holston Health and Rehab. She was a member of North Knoxville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Rev. Joel F. Mincey; daughter, Debra Mincey; and parents, Carroll and Aileen Lee. Survivors include daughter, Lee Ann Mincey and Phillip Chalmers of Northville, Michigan, and Jan Mincey of Knoxville; grandchildren, Michelle Douglas and husband James, and Brittany Tipton; brothers, Kenneth Lee and wife Ruth Ann, and Mike Lee. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Rev. Charles Fritz officiating.
