WEAVER, LARRY GENE, SR. - age 64, of Seymour, Tennessee, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and worked for General Shale Brick Products for 43 years. Larry enjoyed golfing, fishing, youth activities, and sports. Over the past 33 years, he resided in Seymour, Tennessee, he was preceded in death by his parents, Corbin and Ruth Weaver Sr.; brother, Corbin C. Weaver, Jr.; and son, Corbin Dean Weaver. Survivors: wife, Deanna Noe Weaver; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Gene Weaver, Jr. and Becky; grandson, Josh McCoie; brother and sister-in-law, Ken Weaver and wife Jackie; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley Watson and husband Glyn; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Steve and Cindy Turner, Steve and Joanna Johnson. Funeral service 7:00 p.m., Thursday, in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Pastor Raymond Burnette officiating. Interment 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Greenwood Cemetery with Larry G. Weaver Jr., Tony Cross, David Cross, Marty Weaver, Jedd Mayes, and Gordon Carr serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, at Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour.
