PRUETT, COLONEL KENNETH - 85, of Woodstock, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at The Consulate Health Care in Woodstock. Colonel Pruett was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, on July 30, 1929. Kenneth graduated from the University of Tennessee and had a 30 year career in the United States Army. After retirement he and his wife lived in Basye for 25 years and then moved to Woodstock in 2010. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sandra; two daughters, Susan Ehart and husband Stephen, and Amy Braswell; grandson, Quinton Braswell; and two step sons, Jay German and Fred German and wife Donna; and grandchildren, Charles and William German.
