Wilma Jean "Winkie" Claiborne, of Knoxville, slipped quietly and peacefully into God's arms, April 7, 2015. She was born April 26, 1959 in Knoxville, TN, one of seven children. She was actively involved in her church and her community. She will be truly missed.

Preceded in death by parents, George and Myrtle Claiborne, and brother, Steven Costner. Left to celebrate her home going, brothers, Timothy (Susan), Michael, (Anita), and John Claiborne; sisters, Georgetta (Eddie) Anderson and Kimberly (Pastor Anthony) Maples; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends, 6:00- 6:30 p.m., Friday April 10, 2015 at Jarnigan's Chapel; celebration of life service, 6:30 p.m., Pastor Anthony Maples officiating.
