Underwood, Patricia Ann May Dyer – age 70, of Knoxville, passed away on, Monday, August 17, 2015. Pat was a graduate of Rule High School class of 1963. In her youth she was a member of Lonsdale Baptist Church where she played piano and taught Sunday School. Later she was a member of Third Creek Baptist Church and was a current member of First Baptist, Concord. She retired as Vice President of First American Bank (now Regions). Her late husband, Dale Underwood, was a Sr. Vice President and was later with Harper's Auto Square. They were long-time members of Fox Den Country Club. She was preceded in death by son, Jerry Scott Dyer; husband, Dale B. Underwood; father, Earl E. May, Sr. She is survived by daughter Kodie Underwood; mother Lela "Boots" May; brothers, Eddie May; Dave May (Jeniece), Charlie May (Lee), Dickie May (Barbara), and grandson Chase Scott Dyer.

Family and friends will meet on Thursday, August 20, at 3:45 pm at Edgewood Cemetery for a 4:00 pm graveside service, with Rev. Dr. Alan Smith officiating.
