Carl "Gene" Shular - Class of 1955

Carl Eugene "Gene" Shular, Jr., age 78 of Seymour, TN passed away Thursday November 26, 2015. He grew up in the Londsdale community and graduated Rule High School in 1955. Gene was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Shular, Sr. and Thelma (Ruhl). Survivors: wife of 54 years: Janet Shular; son: Barry Shular and former wife Kim; daughter: Gina Thornburg and husband Jeff; grandchildren: Storm Shular, Chance Shular, and Paris Thornburg; sisters: Susan McNamee and husband Larry, Amy Rhea and husband Steve.

Memorial service 3:00 PM Sunday in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Stanley Knight officiating. Eulogy to be delivered by Barry Shular.
