Tammy "Penny" Underwood, of Knoxville, departed this life, Sunday, December 18, 2016 at her home.

Preceded in death by father, Franklin D. Sligh; great-grandmother, Mary Clark; grandmother, Rosa Wilson; grandfather, John H. Dubose; uncle, Charles E. Underwood; sister, Debbie Sligh; very devoted nephews, Joshua E. Underwood, Stephen Colquitt and niece, Jonesha Colquitt. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving mother, Joyce A. Underwood; grandmother, Mary F. Dubose; sisters, Sheri (Richard) Yarbrough, Stephanie and Marie Glass, Roshetta Sligh; brother, Daryl Sleigh; loving and devoted uncles, Rev. John L. Underwood, Ronnie Underwood; aunts, Brenda (George) Hackler Jr., Linda Parker, Sarah L. Underwood; special nephew, that she dearly loved, Isaiah Nathan Underwood; devoted cousin, Sierra Moore; devoted friend, Monique Reynolds, Sharon Flemmings and Mrs. Annette Teasley; close family and friends to include, Clemons and Dobson families.
