Evelyn Lou Schultz - Class of 1962
Posted: Mon Jun 05, 2017 5:47 pmEvelyn Lou Whitted, age 73 of Seymour, TN passed away Saturday May 13, 2017. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a great-grandmother to Zoey, her pride and joy. Evelyn was a longtime member of Union Valley Baptist Church where she was the organist and Sunday school teacher for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Mae Shultz; grandparents, Dawson and Ida Bohanan, Philip and Arbizena Shultz; brothers, Ennis and Wayne Shultz; sisters, Georgia Myers and Veryl McCarter; and brothers-in-law, Stan Whitted, John Wilson, and Jack Gilmore.
Survivors include husband, Kenneth Gerald Whitted; son, Steven Whitted and wife, Patricia; daughter, Selina Ogle and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Nicole Dearfield and husband, Nathan, Whitney Townsend and Christen Whitted; great-granddaughter, Zoey Townsend; brother, Charles Shultz; sisters, Glenda Wilson and Ida Gilmore; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim (Bea) Whitted, Buford (Shirley) Whitted, Charlene (Joe) Rutherford, Jack (Diane) Whitted, and Sherry Whitted; and many nieces and nephews
