Cookie Wyrick - Class of 1976

Cookie Wyrick Cheatham, 61, went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2018. She was employed by Krystal Co. for many years. Cookie was of the Baptist faith and was a faithful member of University Avenue Baptist Church until its closing. Preceded in death by parents, George and Elizabeth Wyrick; brother Jimmy Wyrick. Survived by husband of 34 years, Dale Cheatham; brother Billy Wyrick; sisters Barbara Wyrick, Shirley McGinnis, and Brenda (Jim) Martin; nieces and nephews, Belinda Foster and LeeAnn Chappell; Paul Sauls, Billy Sauls, Mary Harris, Jimmy Wyrick, Susan Lawson, Amanda Wyrick, Billy Wyrick, and Brian Wyrick who all were very special to her as well as, many other nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved. Family will receive friends Tuesday 6:00-8:00p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will gather Wednesday at 9:45a.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel for a 10:00a.m. service. Interment will follow at Clapps Chapel Cemetery.
