Kyle Keck - Class of 1949

Kyle Andrew Keck, 88, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 24, 2018. He was a

loving husband, father and grandfather. After graduation from Rule High School, Kyle went on to serve in the United States Navy. After his discharge, he received his Bachelor's Degree at Carson-Newman University and his Master's Degree at the University of Tennessee. Kyle spent over 40 years as a teacher, coach and administrator. He was an ordained Deacon and served the church faithfully throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hobart Keck; his mother Pearl Sharp Keck Cox; and his step-father, Kenneth Cox.

Kyle is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Alice Beckham Keck; his children, Kyla (Ashley Burell) Keck, Mark (Amy) Keck; grandchildren, Andrea (Andrew) Turner, Rebekah Myers, Adam (Meghan) Keck; and many other extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Berry Highland Memorial. Burial will take place on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 am in Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kyle's honor to the George Justice Handyman Ministry at First Baptist Concord or the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
