Leroy T. Foley (Tommy), 70, of Louisville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 31, 2018. He had a peaceful

passing at his home in Louisville, Tennessee. He retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in 2014 after 40 years of service. He was a

loving and giving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He leaves behind a loving family, grateful friends, and a legacy that will forever be remembered.

Awaiting him in heaven are his parents, Dale and Mildred Foley; brother Michael Foley; and sister Tracy Foley. Longing for him on earth are wife of 48 years, Joy Foley; daughter Amy Foley; grandson Caleb Foley; brother Pat Foley; nieces, Jennifer Harris and Jody Minnich (John); nephews, Dale Foley and Jeremy Foley, along with a host of loving great nieces and nephews.
