SMITH, THOMAS WILLIAM (BILL) - age 52 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Tennova-Physicians Regional Hospital. Bill was a graduate of Rule High School. Preceded in death by father, Thomas Joseph Smith; sister, Lisa. Survived by loving and faithful wife, Anita (Susie) Smith; daughter, Samantha Ann Smith; son, Brandon Thomas Smith; loving granddaughter, Summer Ann Smith (Papaw's Girl); mother, Frances Neff and husband Ted; brothers, Steve and Cecil Smith; sister, Leslie Williams. He dearly loved all his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews current and past. Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2013, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Wood officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Belmont Heights Baptist Church Mission Fund, 2501 Belmont Heights Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921.
