YOUNG, HOWELL EDWARD - age 63, of Knoxville, passed away on Saturday, January 11th, 2014. Howell retired after 30 years of service from KCDC, coached Rule Youth Football for 42 years, and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by parents, George and Mary Elizabeth Young; and sister, Patsy Marie Young. He is survived by brother, Jackie Young. A receiving of friends will be held on Tuesday, January 14th, 2014, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Westside Baptist Church, with celebration of life to follow at 7:00 p.m. Westside Baptist Church, 1524 Vermont Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921.
